In its early days, there are only a few sections in General Affairs Division (GAD): Documentation Section, Miscellaneous Affairs Section, Property Management Section, and Cashier Section. With expended service in the following years, Construction and Maintenance Section was established to maintain campus buildings and lifelines. After Chia Nan College of Pharmacy and Science was upgraded as Chia Nan University of Pharmacy and Science, environmental beautification section was established to plan and maintaincampus plantation and beautification. All of these sections are established not only to be responsible for the operation of school matters, but also to provide a good quality of physical environment of learning. Currently, the Office General Affairs is headed by Sheng-Kai Yang.
